Highlands junk removal

What we see on
Highlands jobs.

From a rural acreage cleanout off Millstream to a brush and yard waste haul near Lone Tree Hill. If you're not sure about something, just include it in your photo.

The Highlands is the only municipality we serve where access is often the first thing we plan around. Long gravel driveways, gated properties, and acreages backing onto Mount Work or Lone Tree Hill are the rule, not the exception. We come prepared for rural access on every Highlands booking, and our quote always includes the drive, so there are no surprise fees once we're up at the gate.

Most Highlands jobs combine outbuilding teardowns, brush and yard waste from clearing back from the property line, and the kind of slow-accumulation cleanouts that big rural lots tend to produce after a decade or two. Because of the drive from Victoria, we'll often suggest batching a Highlands pickup with anything else that needs to go from the property so it's one trip instead of two.

Highlands junk removal FAQ

The questions
we get most.

How much does junk removal cost in the Highlands?
Every the Highlands job starts with a flat, all-in quote based on three things: what you're getting rid of, how heavy it is, and how easy it is to reach. Our minimum is $89, and most single-item pickups (a couch, a mattress, an old fridge) land between $129 and $189. Whole-garage and full estate cleanouts are quoted from photos so you know the full price before we lift anything.
How quickly can you get to the Highlands?
the Highlands is about thirty minutes from our base, so we can usually offer same-day or next-day pickup on weekday bookings. Send a few photos to 250-880-4368 and we'll text back a firm price along with the next available arrival window.
Which parts of the Highlands do you serve?
All of it: Caleb Pike, Mount Work, Millstream, Lone Tree Hill, and the Stewart Mountain area. If you're at the edge of the city or on a tight strata laneway, just include a quick note with your photos so we can plan the truck.
Can you take construction debris from a the Highlands renovation?
Yes. Highlands renovations and outbuilding tear-downs send us plenty of construction debris: drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets, old fixtures, and bagged debris. We sort recyclable materials and route the rest to Hartland Landfill.
Do you do estate cleanouts in the Highlands?
Yes. Rural Highlands estate cleanouts are part of our regular work, including outbuildings, sheds, and yard accumulation. We handle the donation, recycling, and disposal sorting for you.
What can't you take?
We can't take hazardous waste such as wet paint, solvents, chemicals, propane tanks, or asbestos. For those items, the CRD's Hartland Landfill drop-off in Saanich is the right destination, and we're happy to point you there.
